Chiropractic

With a unique combination of athletic training and chiropractic education, our chiropractors are able to provide an all encompassing sports medicine evaluation and treatment for the entire family. We integrate chiropractic manipulation and soft tissue techniques to the joints, muscles, fascia and nervous system to improve mobility, decrease pain and increase optimal health.

PEMF

Pulsed Electromagnitic Field Therapy is pulsed electromagnetic energy waves induced into the body's cells to stimulate and promote tissue healing. Utilizing Telsa technology, PEMF treatment can decrease pain and inflammation, increase cellular energy and bone remodeling. It is used to treat acute injuries and chronic medical conditions.

Recovery Treatment

Injuries and pain are common occurrences in athletes and active individuals. Utilizing our sports medicine background HOP provides manual therapy, sports massage, stretching techniques and rehabilitation exercises to decrease pain, increase movement and improve strength to help regain normal function.

Sports Performance

Utilizing scientific researched techniques, HOP incorporates a comprehensive integrated approach to systematically train both the mind and body while focusing on movement development and human performance. Individualized injury prevention training programs emphasize education and progression to correct biomechanical imbalances and optimize physical ability.

Dr. Yamada focuses on finding the cause of your symptoms, identifying strategies to find relief and manage symptoms outside of the office, recover from your injuries, and prevent future ones. He has earned a B.S. in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a B.S. in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Western States. Additionally, he is a certified DNS Strength Coach through the Prague School of Rehabilitation and Manual Medicine a.k.a “Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)” and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
